@BackwardsFeet @lukei4655 As someone who wants to memorize the Angelus but has not yet, the fact that the alarm and the prayer are in one place helps greatly. When I get the notification, I click on it and the app opens and the prayer is right there. That's the advantage to me.

After three days of effort across 5 cancellations, and 9 delays, I am finally home. While I’m not thrilled with some of the ways @AmericanAir’s policies and choices I’m incredibly impressed with a number of the customer service folks and gate agents who helped.

After what has been an awful two days of travel for me, Sheryl M (a gate agent in Miami) was fantastic. @AmericanAir, I know it was a tough day for her too, and she went above and beyond. Just thought you should know.

The folks at @AmericanAir were clearly more concerned about trying to get people to drop hundreds to thousands of dollars to rebook their flights ahead of time than working with us proactively.

And there it is. Even though I was calling them 20 hours ago asking about this, @AmericanAir waited until this morning to cancel my flight. @Delta and @SunCountryAir had their alerts in yesterday. I can’t afford another night or two here.
