hit that sweet spot with over 150 users and 60$+ revenue. 2 active subscriptions. alone in the biggest city in my country. @ coolest incubator in Central Asia. couldn’t have imagined it even half a year ago.

Can I ask founders a real question? What's the biggest mistake that kept you below $1k MRR? Not the generic advice. The actual mistake. Wrong pricing? No distribution? Building too many features? No audience? Giving up too early? I'm trying to avoid making the same mistake.👇
