'Mini' Shai-Hulud has hit: - OpenSearch - Mistral AI - Guardrails AI -UiPath - Squawk packages across npm and PyPI The malware specifically targets AI developer tooling. It hooks into Claude Code (.claude/settings.json) and VS Code (.vscode/tasks.json) to re-execute on every tool event, long after the infected package is gone. npm uninstall does not fix this.

Whenever I investigate a bug, I let codex recreate the exact state in an emphemeral crabbox, verify the bug, fix it, verify the fix. No messy state because local system might be polluted, and no slowdown because I run 10 sessions in parallel. crabbox.sh

We’ve agreed to a partnership with @SpaceX that will substantially increase our compute capacity. This, along with our other recent compute deals, means that we’ve been able to increase our usage limits for Claude Code and the Claude API.

Stworzyłem nowy projekt! 🤯 🚀 Powstała platforma, która przyda się w Waszej codziennej pracy dając dostęp do ponad 1200 darmowych skilli i dodatków do popularnych narzędzi AI takich jak Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Openclaw, czy Codex. Można tu znaleźć skille dla marketerów, deweloperów, prawników, contentowców, sprzedawców, ludzi z obsługi klienta. Naprawdę dla każdego. Dajcie znać co myślicie! 😅 Od dłuższego czasu szukałem strony, na której w jednym miejscu łatwo byłoby znaleźć gotowe skille do popularnych platform jak Codex, czy Claude Code. Od miesięcy obserwuję, jak ludzie u nas na firmowym slacku dzielą się skillami, które stworzyli w ramach swojej pracy, a które mają potencjał, by przydać się innym ludziom w firmie. Istniejące huby skilli prowadzą ograniczoną weryfikację, dają niejasne instrukcje instalacji, rzadko pozwalają przeglądać skille z wielu platform. Część takich platform jest płatna. Dlatego przez ostatnie 2-3 tygodnie zwibekodowałem projekt Skillta (najprostsza sensowna domena .com zawierająca słowo "skill', która była do kupienia bez kosmicznej kasy). Skillta pozwala nie tylko przeglądać skille, ich oceny na githubie, ilość pobrań, gwiazdek itd. Platforma pozwala dzielić się swoimi skillami. Ja wrzuciłem już swojego Value Checkera - skill, który przygotowałem dla Załogi B24, aby można było łatwo i szybko ocenić, czy treść, którą przygotowaliśmy (blog post, raport, social post) - daje realną wartość czytelnikowi. Od lat przypominam o tym przy różnych okazjach, więc postanowiłem po prostu zamienić reguły, którymi oceniamy wartość treści na skill, którym latwo się dzielić i wpiąć w swojego claude code, czy cowork. Na platforme jest też sekcja Use Cases, która pokazuje skille, ale przez pryzmat zastosowań - tego co można z każdym z nich zrobić. Jest tych zastosowań 1689 w bazie! Wydaje mi się, że to dużo wygodniejsze niż przeglądanie niezrozumiałych opisów lub nazw skilli i próbowanie dopasowania ich do swoich potrzeb. Pobierając skille z tej platformy mamy pewność, że zawsze są to najświeższe wersje, bo wszelkie paczki do pobrania są tworzone w locie na bazie najbardziej świeżej wersji z githuba (lub innej platformy hostowania kodu). Platforma jest w 100% darmowa. To jest po prostu coś, czego sam potrzebowałem w swojej codziennej pracy. Mam nadzieję, że Wam przyda się równie bardzo jak mnie!

I had the honor of meeting my favorite solopreneur @jackfriks. We spent 3 days at Stripe Sessions, explored SF, and went to the gym. He’s exactly how you’d expect: kind, smart, and simple. What struck me most is how mature Jack is. He’s only 26, runs a $30K MRR business, and is engaged to his warm, kind fiancée (at 26, I was lost and drunk in a club in Korea). We all know Jack for his SaaS and UGC content, but he told me he dropped out of college to build a YouTube channel. That’s how he made his first few thousand dollars. Then at 23, he started building startups in public, and in less than 3 years: - taught himself to code - built 10+ apps - got millions of views - built assets that could retire him Jack found a balance between work and life, and as someone who figured things out late, it’s inspiring to see someone this young with that level of clarity. To quote him: just keep going :)

🇵🇱 A streamer in Poland has broken records this week, raising over 150 million złoty (about $40 million) in a charity stream benefiting children with cancer. Patryk Garkowski, known online as Łatwogang, has been live on YouTube for 9 days, and it’s still going on. The initial fundraising goal was just 500,000 złoty (about $138,000). In similar streams held by Mr. Beast and others, many millions were raised, but nothing like this. Hats off to these guys. Source: TVP
