@TicketmasterUK we’ve had Tickets booked for @samfendermusic tonight in Leeds which was booked 2 years ago and rescheduled twice. We never received the tickets! They won’t let us in the venue tonight even with booking confirmation. Please can someone message and help!

We’ve tried to get in today and showed the booking confirmation and been turned away and told they can’t do anything. Please can someone reply and help.
