@TPExpressTrains I am entitled to delay repay for a journey I took yesterday. I booked the journey on my account. I've just tried to register for delay repay and I got an error which said that my email address was not associated with your portal. Except I used that email to book

Ok. The bus, which finally arrived, has now diverted and then got stuck in traffic. No announcements about what is going on. The communication and information here has been really substandard.

To add to that the tracker suggested that there should have been a bus at 12.32. Didn't show. Why are both the bus stop and the tracker wrong?

@StagecoachNE Waiting for a number 1 bus for at Chillingham Road shops. The timetable at the bus stops is inaccurate as it suggests buses are every 10 minutes when it seems they've been cut to 20 minutes?

@TPEassist I've DM'd - I did try phoning about this and was told they weren't an option. The person on the phone was really able to help beyond this. I've tried emailing - but it says it takes 4 weeks to get a response. Now you are saying they are available?

@hannahgoing I've tried it on my end and can see e-tickets available for advanced singles. Can you try booking the outbound and return separately? ^Mariel

@TPEassist Can you tell me why e-tickets are not an option for booking advance trains between Newcastle and Salford Central? They were available previously for the same journey in June.

@TPEassist It isn't the cache. The person I spoke to on the phone said that e-tickets weren't available for that journey and tried to tell me that machines weren't available. I didn't buy it - that's why I'm checking here.

@hannahgoing Can you try clearing your cache and trying again? If this doesn't work, please can you DM us with the times and any railcard discount you might be using and we will try on our end? ^Mariel

@TPEassist No. No cycle just a journey and a return journey.

@hannahgoing I can see e-tickets as an option. Are you making a cycle reservation as well? ^Mariel

@TPEassist That doesn't explain why e-tickets are unavailable? Tickets are available just not e-tickets - I'm struggling to book where the traveller isn't the cardholder as without the card you can't pick up the ticket at the machines. Posting them costs more.
