how can you enforce a law that actually demonises and prevents people who actually want to work? a law no doubt that should have been repealed a long time ago. im sorry this subjective arguement holds no weight. you are more focused on a rights based element rather then an economic objective value

yeah they are illegal. guess what.. companies still get away with it. just like allowing invading immigrants into the country is also illegal. yet the government have allowed it for 3 decades. just like how the government have also discriminated young white men. just like they allow persecution of christians which is also illegal. you going to mention them too? or does it not fit your narrative?
