The World Central Kitchen has stopped distributing food in parts of central Gaza in a sudden and unclear way, and some relief programs have also been significantly scaled down, with the contracts of several workers unexpectedly terminated. A relative of mine who works there told me that supplies are not reaching them regularly, and that they have become unable to continue cooking and distribution as before due to a severe shortage of basic materials and fuel. As a result, operations have been halted or greatly reduced at several locations. Many families in the camps are living in a state of shock and concern, as they had been completely dependent on the daily free meals provided. Suddenly, they have found themselves without this essential source of food. People are posting on social media in deep distress and even tears, because this food had become a lifeline for them. Hundreds of thousands of families have been directly affected amid a clear decline in aid volumes and difficulties in the entry of supplies and fuel, which has significantly worsened the suffering. There is a widespread feeling among people that aid is being gradually reduced and stopped without clear explanation!!
