yoyoyoooo vol back overnight so we cooking once again - tried to sleep early but woke up mid sleep so I could trade some more lol closed the swing trade from 65k on that push up, wanted mid 80s but wasn't worth holding anymore when I can just reset and look for fresh positioning bright side that means I can use my sillyco account to trade BTC again, unironically missed that little bit more scratches than usual but that's to be expected bc I've been extra aggressive with my entries last 24h, little tilted from the dogshit NYOs we've been getting don't want to give up on the uptrend yet but it looks objectively bad, if we don't bounce off post FOMC and earnings tonight then I would struggle to make an argument for continuation in the short term - would love to be wrong but ready to trade either direction no matter what we get

Before you enter any trade, ask yourself one question Are you the fish? It sounds simple. Most never ask it which means they have no idea if they have edge in this specific setup. Edge is specific. You’re early. You have better info. You understand the reflexivity others don’t. You have a structural advantage. Something has to be the reason you win this trade. If you can’t name it, you’re probably the liquidity. And edge expires. You can be the smart money in one hand and the fish in the next if the market moved and you didn’t. Past wins aren’t permanent edge. Sit down at the table, always ask the question. If the answer isn’t clean, don’t play the hand.
