BREAKING: Trump gets brutal news as CNN reports that “in today’s hearing, New York judge just rejected his motion to throw out charges brought by Manhattan’s district attorney in the criminal hush money probe.” But it gets WAY worse for Trump… The judge also ruled that Trump “will face his first criminal trial with jury selection on March 25 in New York,” which will give ample time for Trump to be found guilty — and even be sent to prison — before the election in November. The CNN report continues, revealing that “the decision comes as other criminal charges against Trump in other states have yet to be scheduled, as they are going through with pre-trial motions and being challenged in court. The trial will come in the middle of the ramp up to the general election. Trump was indicted by a grand jury last March on 34 counts of falsifying business records to commit or conceal another crime” when he “engaged in a cover up scheme to hide reimbursement payments made to his former attorney, Michael Cohen who had paid hush money to adult film star Stormy Daniels to stop her from going public about a past affair with Trump before the 2016 presidential election. Accountability season is now officially under way — and there’s now no delaying the inevitable. Donald Trump will likely be found guilty giving the mountain of incriminating evidence against him — and he may well soon become the first presidential candidate in American history to run a presidential campaign from the cold, dark confines of a prison cell. Tick, tock, Donald Trump…

We’ve seen the stories: Ukrainian soldiers out of artillery, units rationing ammunition, families worried that the next strike will plunge them into darkness. Our bipartisan national security bill would allow Ukraine to keep defending itself against Putin’s vicious onslaught.

As my late friend John Lewis would say, “Democracy is not a state. It’s an act.” Through this Black History Month and each day we feel the grace of God, let’s act to protect our democracy. The power is in our hands.

Donald’s election fraud trial, centered around hush money payments, is already going horribly for him and it's only the day one: Today ended with the judge reprimanding Donald’s lawyers and threatening them with sanctions. After a prosecutor alerted the judge that Donald’s attorneys had failed to turn over important exhibits during discovery, the judge made it clear that he would not tolerate such behavior. “There could be sanctions for failure to comply,” the judge said, according to Adam Klasfeld. I’ll be watching closely.

BREAKING: President Biden strongly condemned Vladimir Putin for the murder of Alexei Navalny, saying "Make no mistake: Putin is responsible for Navalny's death." Further, he said "all of us should reject the dangerous statements by the previous President" on NATO. Who else agrees with President Biden? 🤚

As someone who knows a few things about impeachment, I think I can safely say: When your star witness gets indicted for fabricating his statement and repeatedly lying about the issue that is at the core of your supposed case — probably not a good sign.

BREAKING: Donald Trump breaks his silence on his massive $355 million civil fraud fine with a meltdown for the ages — making it clear just how deeply rattled he is. Prosecutors need to show this to the court when Trump inevitably tries to appeal Judge Engoran's fraud ruling... Taking to Truth Social, Trump started off his outburst by attacking Engoran himself. "A Crooked New York State Judge, working with a totally Corrupt Attorney General who ran on the basis of 'I will get Trump,' before knowing anything about me or my company, has just fined me $355 Million based on nothing other than having built a GREAT COMPANY. ELECTION INTERFERENCE. WITCH HUNT," wrote Trump. Obviously, Trump was not fined for "having built a GREAT COMPANY." He was fined because his company engaged in a flagrant pattern of fraud. Specifically, he was found liable for fraud, conspiracy, issuing false financial statements, and falsifying business records. Trump followed up his first Truth Social post with another, equally angry one— "The Justice System in New York State, and America as a whole, is under assault by partisan, deluded, biased Judges and Prosecutors," he whined. "Racist, Corrupt A.G. Tish James has been obsessed with 'Getting Trump' for years, and used Crooked New York State Judge Engoron to get an illegal, unAmerican judgment against me, my family, and my tremendous business. I helped New York City during its worst of times, and now, while it is overrun with Violent Biden Migrant Crime, the Radicals are doing all they can to kick me out," he added. It's worth noting that nowhere in his post did Trump provide any evidence of his innocence. Instead he is relying on vague accusations of corruption, blatantly false smears, and racist pandering. If this is the best he has up his sleeve, his desperate attempt to appeal this ruling will fall flat on its face. On top of the massive fine, Trump has been banned from borrowing money from any bank in New York. He has also been banned for three years from serving in any top roles at any New York companies, including the Trump Organization. His sons Don Jr. and Eric have been hit with a similar ban for two years and been fined $4 million each. On top of that, The New York Times reports that an independent monitor will serve as "court's eyes and ears at the Trump Organization" and report any fraud or suspicious behavior. This could finally be the end of Trump's empire. Please retweet and ❤️ if you LOVE this ruling from Judge Engoron — and consider joining the growing exodus to Tribel, a new pro-democracy social network that is exploding in popularity because Twitter and Facebook are trying to stop its growth — which is only making Tribel grow even faster. Aleksey Navalny was a fearless advocate for his beliefs who died unbroken by the tyranny he opposed. He fought corruption, inspired millions and never wavered in his insistence on free expression, the rule of law, and a Russia that is accountable to the people and not a dictator. He died in unyielding defense of his vision of a better future for his country - a vision, and a courageous example, that will never die.

Those who attack Judge Engoron and the State of New York likely did not read even a small portion of the 92-page filing. Here are 8 fraudulent things Trump & his company did: - The Trump Org said Mar-a-lago should be valued between $1-1.5 Billion. Buckingham Place is worth $1.3 billion. Buckingham Place is 830,000 sq ft. Mar-a-lago is 62,500 sq ft. - Incorrectly represented the size of his triplex apartment and overvaluing it significantly. - Claimed control over certain assets, like the Vornado partnership interest, as "cash" when there was no such control. - Falsely represented the number of homes that could be built on a property in Aberdeen to be much higher than permitted. (ie. claiming permission to build 2035 private residences when only 500 were permitted) - The valuation of 40 Wall Street was falsely inflated, with projected net operating incomes far exceeding realistic figures, such as representing a $26.2 million net operating income that was never achieved. - Falsely stated that real estate asset valuations in the SFCs came from outside appraisals. - Lied about the existence of potential claims against the Trump Organization. - Obtained favorable loan terms and avoided setting aside cash reserves by providing personal guarantees based on these inflated financial statements. These guarantees required maintaining a net worth and liquidity based on the false financials, impacting loan agreements with financial institutions. We have laws for a reason. You can claim that there are no victims, but the standard of law isn't whether someone else lost money from your illegal activity. The point of upholding laws is to prevent others or the defendant from doing the same thing again.

BREAKING: Ivanka Trump gets caught in the blast radius of her father's disastrous $355 million civil fraud defeat as Judge Arthur Engoran brutally rips into her for her behavior during the trial. She thought that she had slithered off the hook, but the judge said that she "consistently denied recalling the contents of documentary evidence that confirmed that she actively participated in events, even after she was confronted with the evidence." Of course, claiming memory problems is the most common tactic employed by guilty parties who wish to avoid perjuring themselves under oath. The court can't prove that a person is lying if they claim not to remember something. "The Court found her inconsistent recall, depending on whether she was questioned by OAG or the defense, suspect," Engoron went on. "In any event, what Ms. Trump cannot recall is memorialized in contemporaneous emails and documents; in the absence of her memory, the documents speak for themselves." In other words, it appears that Ivanka was just as guilty as her brothers and her father, but because she conducted herself a little more carefully she was able to avoid any fines in this particular case. That said, if she is as crooked as the judge is clearly implying it's only a matter of time before she gets caught red-handed in some form of fraud or another...
