The SC order permits action only in specific legally defined cases involving rabid, incurably ill, or demonstrably dangerous dogs after veterinary assessment and under law. It does NOT authorize a blanket mass elimination campaign.

Please don’t share nesting & feeding videos of birds and wildlife. There is a reason why most wildlife magazines and groups ban this. It’s to discourage nest-abandonment. That doesn’t mean every photographer is bad. It means if we love birds, we can set the bar. Watch birds. Love birds. But don’t promote nest photography because someone else with a camera will not show the same restraint. There have been many cases of nest abandonment due to crowding after nest photography. @BhagwantMann You cant randomly kill them. The judgement says to follow ABC guidelines and it says that a panel of 3 veterinary doctors needs to decide for every dog whether it is aggressive or not after keeping them in 10 days observation.
