@MORTHIndia @nitin_gadkari @PMOIndia___ Respected Sir/Madam,
I wish to draw your urgent attention towards a rapidly growing and highly dangerous trend on Indian roads—the widespread use of high-intensity white LED headlights, particularly in SUVs and other vehicles.1/n

@narendramodi This Navratri, let us invoke the blessings of Maa Durga for the progress, unity, and prosperity of Bharat. Wishing Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji strength and divine guidance to lead our nation towards greater glory. 🙏

Navratri is about pure devotion. So many people have encapsulated this devotion through music. Sharing one such soulful rendition by Pandit Jasraj ji.
If you have sung a Bhajan or have a favourite one, please share it with me. I will be posting some of them in the coming days!

@ShefVaidya @narendramodi Modi Ji’s biggest achievement in my view – implementing #OROP. A long-pending injustice to soldiers retired early with meagre pensions finally corrected. Same rank + same service = same pension. Salute to our soldiers 🇮🇳🙏

On PM @narendramodi ji’s 75th birthday, tell me that one thing accomplished since 2014 by his government that has made a difference to you personally and why. I will go first, #RamMandirPranPrathistha. Because it was a much needed dressing to a wounded civilisation. Will RT the best replies

Midnight physics :
Imagine two twins, Puran and Poli, both 10. Puran stays on Earth, while Poli goes on a space trip in a spaceship traveling almost at the speed of light. Poli returns after what feels like 10 years on Earth.
When they meet again, Puran, who stayed on Earth, is now 20 years old. But Poli, who traveled so fast, has barely aged and is still about 10. Why? Because the faster you move, the slower time passes for you (Time dilation, Einstein’s theory of relativity). And if you could actually move at the speed of light, time would stop completely; you wouldn’t age at all.
In reality, this is a theoretical concept because anything that has mass, like people or spaceships, can’t reach the speed of light. But who knows, in the future we might build spaceships that get very close to it.
The main point here is: time is relative; it doesn’t pass the same way for everyone. In fact, in physics, time itself doesn’t really “flow.” It’s part of what’s called spacetime, which stays still like a giant map. What we call time passing is actually us moving along our path (called a worldline) in spacetime.
On Earth, we all feel time moving the same way because we’re all moving at similar speeds. But astronauts on the International Space Station orbit the Earth so fast that time slows down a tiny bit for them; they age about 0.01 seconds less over 6 months compared to people on Earth.
Interestingly, Hindu scriptures dated thousands of years back also describe time moving differently in different realms:
In the Bhagavata Purana, King Kakudmi and his daughter Revati visit Brahma’s realm to ask for a suitable husband. What feels like a short wait there turns out to be thousands of years on Earth, so when they return, everything on Earth has changed.
King Muchukund went to help Indra, the king of heaven, in a long war against asurs. Time in heaven moved slower for him, so when he finally returned to Earth, he discovered that many ages had passed and his family and kingdom were gone.
It’s fascinating that something we now understand and prove scientifically was thought of in ancient Hindu texts thousands of years ago.

@narendramodi Very true sir
Through his melodies, he not only enriched Indian cinema but also spread the essence of our culture globally. It would be a fitting tribute to Rafi sahab if the nation recognizes his contributions with the Bharat Ratna during this centenary year.

Remembering the legendary Mohammed Rafi Sahab on his 100th birth anniversary. He was a musical genius whose cultural influence and impact transcends generations. Rafi Sahab's songs are admired for their ability to capture different emotions and sentiments. His versatility was extensive as well. May his music keep adding joy in the lives of people!
