Let’s pretend you’re right: the January protests in Iran were “planned by Mossad.”
If Mossad or CIA tell Iranian people, “gather at 5pm tomorrow,” and millions show up, the problem is not Jason Bourne. The problem is millions have the need to rise up against a brutal regime.
The problem is YOU supporting suppression and murder, rather than defending people seeking freedom, just to satisfy your hypocritical “anti-colonialist” ideology, which ignores Islamist colonialism.

Iran is not Somalia. Don’t ever compare the two. There is already more death, suffering, and chaos inside the country due to the Islamic regime.
The trauma caused by the Islamic regime is beyond your comprehension.
And even with the war, where are the groups of refugees? They don’t exist. Iranians haven’t fled. Because Iran isn’t like Somalia, Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, and wherever else you compare it with to try to trick westerners into believing they’re the same.
Iranians are staying. Because Iranians love Iran and want the country back. In fact, Iran will probably have the biggest remigration group ever seen once the country is free.
You sit there and claim you know better than Americans because you have experienced war. Do you think that gives you authority to talk about every situation in every country?
You know Somalia. Talk about Somalia. Don’t you ever dare talking over Iranians. Iranians don’t want the war to stop.
Don’t you ever fix your lips to talk about Iran again.

I think of war through the lens of someone who survived one. It means displacement and irreversible trauma. The continued war with Iran will mean more death, more suffering, and more chaos. End the war.

There is no credible evidence that Iranian authorities “killed at least 42,000 innocent, completely unarmed, protestors” in the riots and protests two months ago. HRANA, a widely cited Iran rights monitor, reported on January 27 that protests had led to 42,324 arrests, not 42,000 killings. The group, which is funded in part by the U.S. government, published on February 23 a ~1,350-page report, it’s most comprehensive account, which documented 7,007 deaths overall — broken down as 6,488 adult protesters, 236 minors, 207 security force members, and 76 non-participants. Iranian authorities have noted 3,117 deaths because of the actions of armed rioters who infiltrated the protests, and about 3,000 arrests.
