@hardciderlabs I am very disappointed in this company and product. They do not respond for service or warranty claims. Have been trying to contact them via their email contacts and absolutely no response. Terrible customer service and product.

@hardciderlabs I LOVE my slicecharge pro, but I think half of the coils aren’t working properly: whatever’s on them won’t charge reliably, and a phone will constantly buzz like it’s just placed on it. Thoughts? Options? Bought in April. Thanks,

Sure they may try to save face publicly, but @hardciderlabs has absolutely zero interest in making customers happy. Their hardware is faulty, but I put up with it too long so it’s my fault

@hardciderlabs it's tricky to document because it happens overnight. I can get a video of the connecting constantly, but not of it giving up at about 80% charge and then not charging all night. Or is that iOS managing the charge poorly?
