@AnaKrivolapova Grace isn’t just how you carry yourself.
It’s how you let others recover theirs.

just follow this protocol for 90 days, and you would be out of depression.
but you need to invest atleast 4-5 hours daily for that
> listen to Indian Classic Melodies like Yaman, Bilawal, Todi (3 times in a day / Morning/Noon/before sleep)
> switch to strict fruit, and milk diet
> Fast once in a week on water/milk
> Meditate on Chants of India music album daily
> Journal your thoughts daily
> take nature walk daily for an hour
> Run/Cardio daily
> Chant the name of god daily or listen to krishna das chants, and repeat with him with whole heart
> stop watching movies, shows, and any other content which feeds entertainment.
> talk to your family members daily
> play with kids or animals if you get chance
> go to mountains, take nature treks with right company
> do things what you like to do as a kid
> evoke your curiosity, and read more and more, learn new things
> try to work on side creative projects (create song using AI, create film using AI, or if you know to play music or drawing than spend more time doing that)
> challange yourself in everything you do
> self talk more, and more (creating a positive guide around you who could keep guiding you)

Dating!
a consistent observation based on my own experiences of talking with men and women of my age:
Girls today are not prioritising a guy’s looks the way people assume they do.
What they actually look for is emotional availability. Someone who is soft and gentle with them. Someone who listens, understands, supports, and is kind and patient.
So many men tell me, “It’s hard to date because I’m not good looking.” That’s honestly a myth. Looks are not the deal-breaker people think they are. Being emotionally aware, making someone feel seen, valued, and wanted matters far more.
I was recently talking to a girl who is very pretty, smart, and talented. She told me she actively avoids extremely good-looking men because many of them carry a sense of superiority or ego that becomes exhausting over time.
Interestingly, this superiority complex doesn’t show up the same way with women.
At the core of it, women tend to look for emotional safety, while men still largely chase visuals. And that difference changes everything.
If more men understood this, dating would feel a lot less confusing for them

@marcusychua Hope ashwagandha isn't for the long run - otherwise it will kill everything inside you that makes you alive.
