#icici website is facing major tech issues, but they won't tell their clients about it, rather is kept hidden on purpose. Today after visiting my local branch, I came to know even they are facing the same tech issues. such a disregard for client communication #icicicares

Tried login in again, using chrome browser, pls check the image, while I got an automated call Askin to pay the dues, like I said, your system works in silos, one arm doent know what the other is upto. Tried with firefox, & the result is same. Going to my local branch now.

All that's fine, why does it take 3 days to resolve technical.issues. how does it guarentee Me, I will not get penalised even though I am not at fault. All your systems work in silos, . So far I have tried scan, atm & online- all three haven't worked. It's 3 days now.
