@IndiaHaier Your service engineer doesn't know which part of the system is failed or doesn't use any thermostat to check if that is a sensor issue. System can cool in 16 degree, but not in 23 degree. AI can answer those questions, but your Engineer can't ?

@HDFCERGOGIC Lots of mess to renew a policy. And finally the customer care guy understands the policy cannot be renewed online. Now time to move from Hdfcergo and will never recommend or choose it again in my life. 2nd policy getting changed due to renewal issues.

I am not sure what happened to @HDFCERGOGIC . I have spend more than 5 hours to renew a plolicy. Now they need KYC, entering it, it says name is inconcistent. Because one is initial, one is initial expanded. Please fix so users can renew. Moved to different policy for my bike.
