Tiap hari dia paksa makan 5 porsi besar nasi dan daging berlemak. Sering mual dan muntah, tapi dia tahan. Perubahan drastis ini bikin dia jadi bahan ejekan teman sekolah, dipanggil anak gendut rakus. Meski dihina, Zikuan diam aja dan nggak pernah cerita soal kondisi ayahnya. Berbulan-bulan dia bertahan sampai beratnya nyampe 48 kg. Akhirnya dia bisa donorkan sumsum tulang dan selamatkan nyawa ayahnya. Gila ya? Bocah kecil rela disiksa fisik dan mental, bahkan dihina teman sekolah, cuma demi selamatin ayahnya.
