@OlaElectric Sure… if by comfort you mean mental torture and weekly trips to the service center. Ola scooters should come with a health warning: May cause stress, frustration, and a lifelong hate for EVs. Service? Non-existent. Updates? Only in their ads. Customer care? Comedy show.

@OlaElectric I'm begging support that they close my ticket and they are saying we are working on it from last 2 months. When you can't even fix such silly issues like closing a damm. ticket how will you solve issues at service centre. I can't even create a new ticket for my current problem.

@FI_InvestIndia @OlaElectric I'm not able to create a ticket as the last ticket wasn't closed. I contacted ola electric to create a ticket on my behalf but all I hear is we are working on it. Creating tickets and getting a booking slots takes weeks if not days. Fixing it takes months..@bhash #service #shame

Due to which I'm unable to create a new ticket for new issue 😭. Buying ola was my biggest mistake I made. I regret it.....

@help_delhivery I'm the end user , I was supposed to receive the parcel that had medicine bottles. The package was returned mid way for whatever unknown reasons, it did not reach the seller yet. Which is why I'm unable to get a refund. This is very upsetting and disappointing.

@meesho_support First of I ordered 3 extension board, I got a water heating machine. Proceeded for exchange on 15th and on 27th it was automatically cancelled. I then applied for return as i had no other option. And now pick up is delayed
