@CoachBobbyReed Both sides are true, but benching kids with no reason or convo and expecting them to be ok with it is pathetic.

@coachklinck There are also coaches that stop putting players on the field, court, lineup, without talking with players and letting them know what to work on. As if 15-18 year olds are mind readers.

Players making “grown man” decisions by transferring, but won’t have “grown man” conversations. Ghosting people/coaches is an epidemic.

@G_Glad11 It means that program wins bc they have better players. You can win a lot and not be good a good coach. The kids see the real intent and are happy to not be a part of it anymore, would be my guess...

What does it mean to you when you hear of, or see a situation in which ALL the successful players that have moved on from that program NEVER come back? They dont care to go to their old school to train or see their old coaches or be around them at all?

@SavoySpecial13 We can’t wait to get to Farmington. I love the fact that you have to WIN a regional qualifier to go to Farmington. They don’t let every Tom, Dick, and Harry into it. And the games played on the way to the WS and the WS are very meaningful to everyone involved.

And it is the best environment and experience that you could ever have. Nothing else compares and we have traveled the US playing in many events. My youngest son had the opportunity to be involved with Enid Majors when he was 15, and it is all he has talked about since then.
