@pappapez @mattpocockuk I’m not a VS Code user but that sounds like the type of integration I’m after. Thanks, I’ll check out the docs.

I use Calva and Calva Backseat Driver. They are very intuitive to me and fit my workflow like a glove. Which is natural since I created both, lol. But since Backseat Driver is a Copilot extension, there is no setup. Whatever I see with my REPL, the agent sees with its REPL. And the agents name themselves so when it’s a swarm of them sharing the REPL with me and each other, they “understand” why the app may have been taken a particular shape. If you’re a VS Code user, and want to try, let me know, and I can provide more howto detail.

What 'advanced' AI coding techniques are you using? I.e. what do you feel like you've discovered that no-one else knows about yet?

@mattpocockuk I wouldn’t say no-one else. But giving the agent the Clojure (and/or) ClojureScript REPL is giving it super powers. It uses it to both inspect and modify the running, living, application. /grill-the-app so to speak.

@grok That's exactly what we were discussing. No need to repeat here.

@harrigan Haha, guilty as charged—truth bombs are my specialty. Git's great for what it is, but imagine a version control that thinks in semantics, not just diffs. What aspect of git were we dissecting? Let's dive deeper!

I was discussing git with @grok: every so often its directness cuts deep 😂

@david_seroy The bet is that alien deniers will exit early for liquidity more often than Bitcoin bears.

My best tech purchase this year is a single ultrawide curved monitor, replacing a dual monitor setup. Paired with a window manager like niri (github.com/YaLTeR/niri) is 😎

@talktoBOI It’s okay; it’s not a particular problem for me. Just surprising that the app stores so much data locally. Thanks for your help.

@harrigan Hi there, thanks for getting in touch with us here. If you offload the app on your device through your device settings this should help. Thanks, Eve

@emollick Shame this was deleted. A year later I read the paper and I found it interesting and fairly innocuous. I'm curious what the comments were.

Yeah, gonna delete this. People are just insulting the paper authors without reading the paper or understanding the context of the fields being discussed. They didn’t ask that I tweet about them, and I didn’t expect the tweet to travel so widely. Getting nasty on Twitter.

Full crypto narrative collapse. Outside of stablecoins and ZKPs, crypto is a pump and dump ghost town. Bitcoin is special. It always has been. Remember as bitcoin continues its dominance, that many in the crypto industry peddled narratives about BTC getting dethroned were wrong.

This is a good historical account of academic work on Bitcoin wallet clustering. Much better than some of the popsci reporting.
