I envision a future where there is near zero litter on the ground & near zero crime. I don’t think it’s as far off as or too hopeful as some might think. We just don’t have the flywheel spinning in the right direction. Today , people are not incentivized to be good stewards of the earth & humanity. But once people are rewarded for good behavior vs only being punished for bad behavior and not rewarded more for the good behavior. only then does the flywheel get to spinning the right way. One argument to this is we do currently have a reward system - It’s “if we did the good ,we’d all be safe, ect ect” you’d think that’s enough of a reward system but it’s not for most humans by nature. They need a gold star and feel seen for being good. in the age of abundance there will be more to give. The sweet spot for a society to thrive imo is right where socialism & capitalism meet. Show me the incentive, I’ll show you the outcome.

Time to support @base I was hard on base last 8 months or so, and I think the team has learned and moved onto being more focused on building the best trading experience and supporting the right builders on @base Maybe I am ahead of consensus, I was bearish when everyone was too bullish and now I am bullish when people are experiencing max pain. It’s a learning progress for all of us, base is coming out of this better than ever.

If I don’t like something, I will say it. and you’re also welcome to disagree. twitter is an open platform. I’ve received dozens and dozens of dms offers for paid tweets to shill memecoins on Base. This week alone I got around five different offers of 10k+ for a single tweet, and I refused every single one. If I accepted all those paid tweets, I’d probably be up well over 6figs by now just from shilling garbage. I never accepted even one. It’s the first time in ages we’re starting to see a proper utility base szn brewing again, the kind that actually resembles the early days of virtuals szn, and this time it’s actually sustainable because of the quality of projects and builders building. I don’t mind memes, but don’t start pushing random shitcoins while genuinely great builders who’ve been grinding and building for weeks can’t even get a shoutout.
