To every founder who spent the last two years heads down on fundamentals and revenue while everyone around you was printing millions on memecoins and calling you an idiot for building a real business: Your time is coming. The next few months and years are about to make all of it worth it. People were calling you naive and slow, while you watched extractors with zero product and a good ticker make more in a week than you made all year, and you kept building anyway. That decision is about to become the best one you ever made. Sooner or later the market stops paying for tickers and starts paying for businesses. We're right at that turn. And the people who never stopped building real things are about to eat while everyone else is still looking for the next 2 hour meta. The idiots of 2024 are the geniuses of 2026. Keep going chads, we see you.

A token needs to graduate so users can see how @UseBoardwalk works. PSA: I plan to contribute up to 2.5e to @FireturdHotShit’s next auction tomorrow. Disclaimer: The issuer is a third party and not part of the Boardwalk team. Not an endorsement. Not financial advice.

Boardwalk Summer is open 🐳 Apply today: form.typeform.com/to/VISZKrcB Most launchpads stop at the ticker. Boardwalk launches the whole economy. The auction, the permanently locked seed liquidity, the fee routing, the vesting, the public place your community goes after.

we should be actively supporting anybody brave enough to deploy defi experiments onchain. thats part of why summer 2020 was so fun. lots of stuff broke. lots of stuff needed iterated. but some of the protocols that came out of that era are still cornerstones of defi/crypto today

An issuer on @RobinhoodCrypto has launched a “piece of shit on fire token”auction on @useboardwalk. 👉 50% supply auctioned + 50% paired with contributed wETH into permanently locked liquidity if it graduates (5e threshold). 👉 if graduates, LP vault with swap fee (0.25%) and token fee (0.15%) direction, plus multiplier point system embedded into vault rewarding loyalty and longevity of service provided (longer you LP, more MPs you earn, fees distribute based on total weight of pool + MPs). 📖Read the docs and view UseBoardwalk.com for more details. Note: Boardwalk is permissionless and does not endorse any token. Not financial advice.

Best post of 2026 from Brian so far. We don’t need to all be some inhumane hyper-optimistic customer. We can be annoyed by something, think it should be fixed, say it on the timeline, and that should not just be NORMAL, it should be encouraged. We need more opinions, not less. We need more options to actually be considered by service providers as feedback. But the real reason airlines do all of those announcements is to prompt passengers to sit down and buckle up. Quickly. People won’t even read a few pages anymore, do you really think that they move or coordinate efficiently? Look at onchain human and agent efficiency and coordination, it’s awful. While you may know about the turbulence, most don’t check prior to a flight; airlines inform everyone if turbulence is expected because transparency reduces complaints after the fact. “We warned ya.”

The random announcements over the intercom. I don’t think I’ve ever heard a useful announcement, only interruptions. I don’t need you to tell me the weather at the destination (I have a phone), I already know the duration of the flight, yes I’m aware it might get bumpy, no I don’t want a credit card, etc. I’m trying to concentrate on something else while you provide a transportation service. Unless the plane is on fire, don’t interrupt.

Besides airplanes being too slow, what are the things you hate most about flying commercially? (We'll fix as many of these as we can on Overture!)

@superphiz just know that the people pushing this do not care about a single thing you say, they are running a political campaign not having an honest debate or discussion

Damnit. Laying in bed thinking about issuance. Validators provide security, but they aren't the first class citizens of Ethereum, the first class citizens are the holders/users. If you ask a non-staking Eth holder: "Should we reduce issuance?" what will they say?

Did you know that on legacy launchpads, issuer fees can stop reaching you when your token trades outside its original launch pool? (╯°□°)╯︵ 🪙 Don’t get mad. Just @useboardwalk. 🐳
Boardwalk@useboardwalk

Put the fee in the pool, it stays where the pool is. Put it in the token, it goes where the token goes. That's fee protection, standard on every launch through Boardwalk. Trading can move elsewhere, and the fee still routes the way it was defined. Onchain starts here. 🐳

@paulg Respectfully Paul these days Democrats are also movie bad guys, just of a different genre. Trying to install Biden for a second term when he couldn't put two sentences together so the government could be run by a secret cabal behind him is a movie bad guys plot.

Democrats and Republicans may be about equally likely to have mistaken policies, but Democrats are less dangerous in the worst case. Worst case Democrats are smug ideologues, but worst case Republicans are movie bad guys.

@robotevm Odos could never compete with 0x at protocol/token routing support and integrations. No chance.

I have so much respect for the Odos team. Back in late 2022, at 0x - we realized that we had begun falling behind in DEX routing 1inch was #1, ParaSwap was doing well, but a new player had quietly changed the game: Odos Their routes were a work of art: obscure intermediate tokens, swap legs that were sized down to a few bps, great liquidity source coverage. They showcased this all in their iconic beautiful Sankey diagram I was coping at the time, saying things like "this swap has an arb in it, there's no way that'll be there when a user swaps!" or "the data seems stale!" And while the Odos routes were not perfect, they were very good. Our internal benchmarks showed Odos dominating at larger trade sizes. So we got to work. We knew we had to completely rebuild every part of our stack: smart contracts, data indexing, algorithms, even our choice in programming language - all re-imagined from scratch. From all of this, 0x API v2 was born Today, at 0x, we still view Odos as one of the best in the game. They inspired us to do better. Iron sharpens iron, game respects game, and I'm saddened to see them hang up their shoes 🫡
