If you are not rich but you want to be, hire: - house cleaner ($500 month) - virtual assistant ($800) - trainer ($800) - financial advisor (1% of your $) - chief of staff ($2k-10k) In that order, as you can afford it. Do more high income work, outsource what's below your pay.

@Codie_Sanchez Perhaps a decent rule of thumb, but it’s industry/role specific. Take commodities traders for example: it takes time to understand the nuances to be a top trader. Top performers may have a slower start, but given enough time will outperform their peers.

Unpopular hard truth... Best hires blow you away week one. Never seen a slow starter become a top performer.
