@HarryandDavid literally the worst service yet. Phantom fruit delivers in Jan for Christmas with nothing to show for it other than an Indian AI. You guys suck so bad! It’s not even worth fighting for the $200. Great biz.

@HarryandDavid this is a sad ratio of dark chocolate to non-dark chocolate foe a "Premium Popcorn" brand. I think it technically meets the 25% dog food rule...but I'm not a dog. I'm paying customer.

So I called and was assured a replacement order would be recieved by 12/24... Nothing delivered as of 12/29 ....poor customer service... Had to call again .... They said no record of replacement order...... Poor customer service 😡 @1800flowershelp @Wolfermans @HarryandDavid

@harrydavidhelp a friend of mine, sent me a gift from you guys and normally when she does that it’s very good but this time the pears were all dead ripe when it arrived at my door and one of them had even gone bad. Usually, I have to wait for them to ripen. Disappointing.. of course I’m not going to say anything to her.

@harrydavidhelp I have been "on hold" with "Paieesha" @ 800-345-5655, for over 30 minutes now. I'm still on hold. My phone says I've been on this call for a total of over 58 minutes. I'm pretty sure that "Paieesha" is hoping I will just hang up. I've been ordering from Harry & David for over 30 years, and this is what their Customer Service has become. The issue started when I placed an order for my recipients to received the Pears & Hard Cider. When you place the order, it DOES NOT ASK you for required birthdates of the recipients, to send the Cider. My order said "Confirmed", so I assumed everything was on its way--plus one recipient let me know they had received their order already. Then I received an email from H&D (Kelvin), saying my order had been canceled. Apparently, one of the recipients is supposed to receive their gift by Dec. 24th, but the third recipient on the order, has had their order canceled. Yeah, tell "Paieesha" that my call time is now at 1 Hour, 3 minutes.

@harrydavidhelp o received a box as a gift and the pears look like they were either bad or frozen they are all super soft and bruised. Need some guidance I do not want to go back to the people who sent me the gift. I would like replacement and can send pictures if needed
