@FedEx trying to pay an airway bill. Invoice format on bill not accepted in your portal. Then, says not able to find. Chat is dumb and can't help. 4 screens to find a phone#. 5 mins with voice only IVR-> Call back on Monday. If you make it this hard to pay, not sure I need to.

@SouthwestAir fix your app (Android). I added my 12 digit NFCU credit card info 5 times at checkout, each time received this error. Final had to use PayPal. Then you offer that horrible carousel of offers. It really cheapens your brand.

@hulu please figure out your load management!!! Tired of the "Sorry, this channel is temporarily unavailable" when watching important things. It's been years. Whats the problem? You keep charging me more, but I don't see the quality improvement.

@Hyundai are you just unable to process verification codes on web? It just keeps spinning for minutes on end... this SS is after 4 mins for the 5th time. On app the Vehicle Info tab out just keeps loading as well...

@Hyundai your web/app registration process is horrendous! 40mins later, a customer care later and I'm still not able to do much. Loadtimes are long, 2F Auth is terrible- 5+min lag in verification. Multplie resets....

@USAA I used to be able to submit a question and get a response via the portal. Now it's virtual chat (not that good) or a phone. You've decreased service in desired channels. I don't have time for a call but need more than your chat bot. Disappointed.
