How I deal with negative emotions is just to generally keep affirming !!
I also make myself busy 😭 i realised most of the time if i overthink it’s cause i don’t have hobbies that are being done my boredom and doom scrolling has been responsible for my past spirals 70%

controversial maybe but i like to actually either verbalize or write down my limiting beliefs because it makes me realize very quickly how stupid that shit sounds

@certifiedbiac Yes bc your 4D will always be right. It’s not “back to base 1”. Maybe you paused it for a sec bc of whatever you did in the 3D but it’s okay because every time you affirm, you’re selecting a new reality anyway.
