Sometimes I intentionally say “I manifested this” to neutral things like enjoying a meal, being cozy after shower, owning makeup, bc you actually did manifest these things and it helps you to see any desire as neutral

every THING is an expression of YOU. you "want" a thing because it is a certain way, or has a certain purpose, has certain traits, etc. you need to understand that it is that way and has those traits and that purpose because of YOUUUU. you are the source of it being what it is.

you are going to be thinking about your desires because you want them. there's nothing wrong with being "obssesed". it only becomes a problem when the lenses in which you think of them are not in your favor, you rely on 3d for validation or accept it as final
