It’s all fun and games when we troll each other about volleyball, but this one? Where you imply that it’s impossible for someone to be attractive to another because they are fat and dark-skinned? Just so unnecessarily cruel.

@justeeynocampo mars let’s be for real, walang magkakagusto sayo as long as jubis na maitim ka. walang halong oa, kung tinitignan ka man nung seminarista, the last thing on is his mind is “shet type ko ‘to” kasi i mean… look at this henny… im sure ur a lot of things but attractive aint it

With the rate things are going, it looks like it’s a DLSU vs. AdU finals this season. That infographic showing that both Nitura and Mordi are part of the top 5 in scoring after the first round was the first sign of it.

But you are missing the point. Whatever everyone thinks of Tucker’s other statements on other issues, the main take away from his response to The Economist interviewer is pointing out the context within which this question is asked and what it prioritize. Francesca is answering the question correctly and both responses are valuable. Except Tucker is highlighting what many in the United States and Europe are afraid to point out when they are asked this question.
Disciple@AmericaIsFinite

@DropSiteNews Now this is an excellent response. It doesn’t get bogged down like whatever Tucker is doing.

What Tucker does more than anything here is expose Zanny Minton Beddoes as a fake, wannabe public intellectual. She taunts him for not having been to Gaza — when she herself went there with the IDF. And who gets to accompany the IDF? Usually only those outlets and individuals willing to follow the party line. It also helps explain The Economist’s editorial approach to Palestine and the Middle East more broadly.
Middle East Eye@MiddleEastEye

Tucker Carlson presses The Economist’s Editor in Chief, Zanny Minton Beddoes, on her Gaza stance. Arguing that many people ‘suck up to Israel’ as if they are afraid. Beddoes said she had recently visited Gaza with the Israeli army, describing Gaza as a ‘flattened place,’ but ‘a disaster for the future of Israel’.
