Following three days of deliberations in Marka, the “Dhurqabe 2” consultative conference, bringing together the 4 Biimaal Sub-clans and Dabruube has concluded successfully. Thousands of Participants reached to initiate the «Guulwade Initiative», an inclusive platform aimed at engaging all communities across Lower-Shabeele, Middle-Juba, and Lower-Juba in constructive dialogue. The conference represents a corrective step in response to over a decade of shortcomings in local governance across these regions, reaffirming a shared vision for stability, cooperation, and accountable, locally anchored administration in Southern Somalia Particularly lower-Shabeele, Middle-Juba and lower-Juba regions.
