The problem is that most people are addicted to offload these types of tasks to companies and not individual devs who can get stuff done without a company’s overhead..

@hatchboxio Claude has removed much of the complexity from Kamal deployments, but for important Rails apps I use Hatchbox. Hatchbox offers a far better experience and price than both Heroku and AWS Elastic Beanstalk, and unlike Fly, it allows me to use my own on-prem servers.
