@united after 10 days & hours on the phone, you couldn’t find my bag despite sending the AirTag location. On Wed, I flew to CHI using my miles & retrieved my bag full of difficult to replace goalie lax gear. Waiting to hear if they will reimburse me @juliathelast @sethkugel

@united tagged my bag wrong and it’s sitting at ORD. Sent you the tracking location from the AirTag and the baggage tag and somehow you can’t find it. Just bought a ticket from DEN to ORD to find my own bag since I can’t get anyone to help me.
