@MAGApappabear @MilesTaylorUSA The 13 year-old did file a lawsuit but later dropped it. We don't know if it was dropped because her accusation was fake or because she was receiving death threats or she received hush money from Trump like Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal did.

There were investigations into both claims and I believe both recanted their claims. Eyewitnesses place Clinton on the Lolita Express with young girls. The eye witness to Obama with young boys is now dead. Five eye witnesses deposed by the Oversight Committee have all testified there is no EVIDENCE and they have no personal knowledge of Trump’s involvement with any of Epstein’s sex crimes or trafficking young women. That includes Epstein victims’s lawyer and Epstein’s accountant

There were no investigations into either claim. So yes, accusations are not proof but there is no proof they didn't happen either.

She later dropped the suit; the article reported her claim was fabricated. The withheld 2026 Epstein files reference a separate unverified 2019 allegation of an ~1983 event when the woman was 13. Trump denies both. Claims remain unproven.
