The reason why role shaped execution makes more sense for MSMEs is that its not just AI can do everything for techies but clearly defined boundaries customary to a specific role that fit into existing workflows and save costs. This will make AI way more efficient and accessible for everyone.

We are moving from task assistance to role-shaped execution via AI.

First jobs we are training AI workers in is in remote job offerings for categories such as customer service, accounting, project management, and sales. Virtual vocations are around 420k jobs in those categories.

The future SME stack is not just software that helps everyone do a bit more: it is artificial labor that allows smaller teams to finally staff roles it always needed but never could afford.

@JulienBek @SierraPlatform @btaylor @tbpn We are working on this, we’re building a trained AI worker for business: scoped access, e-mail coordination with team, clear role boundaries, approval-seeking behavior, escalation when needed, and real execution across specialised trained business functions.

In 2025, we had copilots. In 2026, we’ll have autopilots. Copilots sell to workers. Autopilots sell outcomes. @SierraPlatform may be the first hybrid player. Who is next?
