@Babalogy001 @CryptoDCO I once had a client who asked me to use just one bag of cement to lay 80–100 blocks. I advised the client to hire someone else for the work because if anything goes wrong later, the builder would be held responsible not the owner.

A bag of cement can be use to choke (lay) 70+ blocks.
2 wheel barrow of sharp sand and a wheel barrow of moldable sand for more starch.
But when laying 50 or 70 block trust me it will be more... Cutted (half) blocks are also counted that makes this estimate wrong and inaccurate

Bro to bro: do you know that a 50kg bag of cement will conveniently lay 50 blocks? A bag of cement now is at N12,500, Labour for laying a block as at today is averaging N150.00 per block. For 50 blocks: 150 x 50 = N7,500. Back to our sample: For a standard 4 bedroom bungalow: 4,500 blocks will require: 4,500/50 = 90 bags of cement. Which will cost: 90 x 12500 = N1,125,000 Labour will cost: 4500 x 150 = N675,000 Total for cement and Labour: 1,125,000 + 675,000 = N1,800,000.00 Have you started planning your building?
