Today was a very interesting day on the bike. I’ve ended up with 8 broken ribs, 2 broken in two places. A punctured lung and I think my back took a bit of a hammering. I’ll be here for a few days and the surgeon is on his way to see me but NHS staff have been amazing ❤️
