One thing that confused me in The Boys finale:
The show keeps establishing that the sea creatures turned on Deep because of the pipeline spill 3-15
Xander says it, the dying fish mention it
Then Deep lands in the water and suddenly they’re all yelling “Her name was Ambrosius!”
How would random sea creatures even know who Ambrosius was or that Deep killed her? Feels like the reason they hated him changed halfway through.

@_Archesuchus_ I think the main reason the first two had the option of killing the violent creatures was because they didn’t respawn and there wasn’t a way to deter them. Sub 2 HAS ways to deter them and even has lore explanations for why you shouldn’t kill the animals.

Not only does it go against all previous games designs (as you had to work to kill a leviathan) but against dev wishes too.
