People always ask why I get frustrated over the headgear thing - this is the reason! “We don’t claim anything in terms of concussion” but head to their website & would you look at that, claims about concussion all over the place. I love protective equipment but this is a joke.

I have greatly liked almost every single French person I’ve met. I am sure it’s not a random sampling. When two Frenchmen and the daughter of one visited me in Texas I made sure to get them steak at a AAA steakhouse and fried catfish at a cajun place. I also got one of them the Berkshire Pig’s Head carnitas at CBD Provisions. I knew I needed to go all out to impress French, who are used to amazing food. I also got the daughter (age 9) a real cowboy hat and boots. She liked that.

Comme les paquets de clope à 15 balles : tout le monde sait que fumer tue mais on laisse le choix aux gens, on impose rien (ou ça a peut être changé, j'ai arrêté la clope y a 5 ans) - c'est pas parce que tu paies 3€ ton plein de batterie pour faire 300 km que tu as débloqué le droit de te sentir supérieur à celui qui en paie 10€.
