@zoeannsmithh @jessicamordenmp Have you sent an email to the expedite team ? If your flight is within two weeks they will upgrade you. They then call you 48 hours before flight. I picked ours up Thursday for our flight today !! 14 weeks waiting !!And local MP involved . Shambles

@jessicamordenmp Morning. My nephew is due to come to Portugal with us for a family wedding. We have applied for his 1st passport on 17/05/2022 (that’s when the HMPO received all documents) and the 10 week line was 26/07/2022 but we still haven’t heard anything. Can you help??

@HM_Passport 13weeks and waiting for my sons passport renewal! Due to fly on a very much needed and hard earned holiday on Saturday 30th July. I have phone an emailed HMPO and all I get is an auto answer. PLEASE could you chase this up for me. Can collect it myself if needed

12 weeks of waiting! Over 10 hours on calls to the Passport Office, Every agent gives a different answer! Followed all procedures and still no passport we travel on the 3rd August! Please don’t blame Covid get more staff! #HMPO @HM_Passport #Durham
