@hdotgrass @BarstoolBigCat @PardonMyTake Lane has never once in his life had good PR. He just speaks his mind. And I can promise you the only people who really care about what Kiffin says are ole Miss fans. Not a single fan from any other school actually gives a shit. It’s just the same ole miss fans crying every time.

@barstoolsports Ole miss should have let him finish it out. So unfair to all the players and staff to not and to kiffin. Not like he left for a less attractive job

Would Lane Kiffin do anything differently when leaving Ole Miss?

@gabe_wiseman2 @BarstoolBigCat @PardonMyTake Haven’t even watched the interview and don’t plan to. I didn’t even listen to this clip. The media jumped all over him nationally for his ridiculous comments and now he’s doing an in person interview with PMT the first time? Youre blind if you can’t see it. Or in denial

@rozenwill @Chase11923 You think I’m speaking strictly on analytics when I’m speaking about being a better game manager in general for Georgia. Time of possession was way better and they ran the offense slow enough to let the defense get some air. Kiffin went on 4th too much last season. Pete kicks

@hdotgrass @Chase11923 I’m confused. Ole Miss was 1/2 on 4th downs in the first UGA game. The only turnover on downs came late in the game out of field goal range. So where did Kiffin’s coaching cost them the game?

@rozenwill @Chase11923 Pete chose to use the best kicker in the country where Kiffin underused him and left points on the field all season. Not to mention Kiffin would bring in Simmons on goal line plays when Trinidad was torching people

@hdotgrass @Chase11923 How did analytics hurt Ole Miss in the first loss? And when did Pete avoid using analytics to help Ole Miss in the win vs Georgia?

The landscape in college baseball is changing. With the 34-player limit, Division I schools are turning more to junior college players for immediate impact. And no school embodies that more than Kansas. Free at ESPN: How juco turned KU into a powerhouse. espn.com/college-sports…

@rozenwill @Chase11923 Pete is a better game manager than Kiffin and doesn’t rely so much on analytics. It was a huge difference shown in the Georgia game. Seems to me it wasn’t really Kiffin’s team if only a few players chose to follow him to LSU😂

@rozenwill @Chase11923 Kiffin constantly lost to ranked opponents at Ole Miss. Golding won the most high stakes game of Kiffin’s entire stint at Ole Miss. We’re not winning that game if Kiffin coaches. Notice the 50+ yard FGs made. Kiffin is going for it in those situations. Did all season

@hdotgrass @rozenwill Les Miles who started his season week 1 with a 0-0 football team and actually had to coach multiple months? Yes totally the same as a coach being given a 13-win football team in December with the daunting task of a Tulane matchup to start his tenure

Breaking down Brendan Sorsby v. NCAA. The argument is structurally similar to the one Ole Miss QB Trinidad Chambliss’ attorneys used to get an injunction, but the cases are very different. I explain why here… on3.com/news/will-bren…

@imjakehowreyou @hdotgrass @BigOrangeEnergy @PeteNakos Yes that’s true but take Louisiana for example. LSU pays their Black athletes millions of dollars but the state also has slavery and the majority of them are Black and some of them are in for crimes they did not commit and some are in prison longer just so the state free labor
Mr. Jason@Abnasty210

@CeeHawk Eight years ago, Caddo Parish Sheriff Steve Prator was pissed about Louisiana releasing nonviolent offenders. I guess the real crime was reducing his free prison labor force.

The NAACP has launched a campaign calling for college athletes and fans to withhold athletic support from public universities in Tennessee, Louisiana, Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, South Carolina, Texas & Georgia due to Black voting representation. It calls for athletes to "consider all available options under the transfer portal." naacp.org/articles/naacp…
NAACP@NAACP

The NAACP is taking a stand. Today, we launch the #OutofBounds campaign, a national call to action for Black athletes, families, fans, and allies. In response to states erasing Black voting representation after the Supreme Court’s Louisiana v. Callais decision, we are demanding accountability. "Out of Bounds is our answer: we are naming the contradiction, and we are calling on Black athletes, families, fans, and consumers to act on it. The same power that built these programs can be redirected." —NAACP President and CEO @DerrickNAACP This is about more than sports. It’s about justice.
