@headaches28 @SianHerfield @Riley_Gaines_ Well, CAS did make a determination. They upheld the defence of the IAAF. It was CAS who Caster appealed the IAAF decision to. Caster lost. The ECHR did not reverse the decision of CAS, only said that procedure was discriminatory. The final ruling by CAS remains.
