Just went through the comment section, and almost every woman is agreeing that it's "valid."
Women can be ruthless when it comes to dating preferences and often put themselves first. Many things men overlook in women are things women wouldn't extend the same grace for in men.
It was on this app that a guy said he wouldn't date a woman because she had PCOS. Women dragged him for days, and many men joined in too.
If the roles were reversed, I'm very sure this guy wouldn't leave you because your mum and older sister died of cancer. If he had met them while they were alive, I'm sure he would have even contributed financially to their medical bills at one point or another.
Women tend to deal with more health-related issues. If it's not ulcers, it's PCOS, poor eyesight, asthma, painful periods (dysmenorrhea), or iron-deficiency anemia. Then there's always one allergy or another. Personally, I don't think I've ever met a woman who has never had one health issue or another. If men became this ruthless and adopted the same standard, you already know how it would end. There would be tears.
