At the ER with our 2 yr old who just broke his arm. It’s a private hospital in the heart of one of Cape Town’s most privileged areas (Constantia Mediclinic). It’s still taken 3 hrs and we’re not close to done. Now I am imagining the chaos if the ANC goes through with the NHI !

@Headroomusic Hello there, Vodacom is working to develop eSIM capability for Smartphones tablets and laptop, while it is already active on smart watches. The developments are ongoing to guarantee the best customer experience and service.

Bought an iPhone 14 pro in US thinking I was being smart and saving nearly 7k (no jokes) but turns out the US models are SIMless and @Vodacom still haven’t got their e-sim working 100% for our phones. Despite introducing the tech for wearables 2 yrs back. 🤦‍♂️ @Vodacom111 ?

On day 6 without municipal water. Pretty shocked how useless @CityofCT is on this. Called every day, spoken to someone & each time been told it’s being escalated, checked with depot etc blah blah and nothing. Private plumbers can’t seem to get the part needed . 🤬

@CityofCT Currently on day 5 without water at home. Maybe it’s time to hire new people ?

@CityofCT please help escalate. Now on day 4 of no water at my home. It’s getting pretty stressful waiting for assistance that never comes. Made 3 successive e-service requests for assistance. Called your personnel 3 times each time given a new reference but still waiting . 😵‍💫
