Congratulations to the flight attendants on reaching a tentative agreement. One irony of this situation is that the 3-4 days of cancelled flights may actually have been a result of the apparent assurances provided to Air Canada that government would restrict the right to strike.

The federal government is going into full blown damage control mode within 48 hours of their attempt to prevent flight attendants from exercising their right to strike. It's an incoherent pitch and the only case the Minister is making is that she should exit the cabinet table.

I bought a refundable flight from Buffalo for tomorrow because I wasn’t sure if @AirCanada would cancel my flight. @AirPassRightsCA if my flight is cancelled, can I still send them the bill? Can’t find advice on if you buy the replacement flight first.

We see flights available online. She needs to get there by Sunday morning. Why are you trying to rip off your customers on the backs of your flight attendants? Contact me ASAP!
