@GenesisCOffishl @clovrleafmotors I think that would result in a dsq. if ferrari fought it by saying his car was too damaged the stewards might hit back by saying that he was driving in an unsafe manner/car and was a risk to himself and others.

Saw the onboard and I counted 4 times Leclerc cut the track and gained an advantage (given lindblad's positioning on track) this is probably what the stewards used to fuck him over and makes the Hamilton penalty in Singapore a bit inconsistent

A 20+ second penalty of Charles is insane. I genuinely want to know their logic here. Penalty guidelines for 2026 show leaving the track without a justifiable reason is a 5 second penalty, not a drive through (See Hamilton Singapore 2025 as well).

@clovrleafmotors @GenesisCOffishl I think it is more the intentionality of it (like Russel in Monaco last year). He cut the corners because he didn't have full control over the steering. He probably could have slowed down and would have stayed between the lines but he still tried to maintain speed.

@GenesisCOffishl According the deleted track limit violations sheet by FIA, Leclerc only left the track those 4 times in the whole race which would only equal a 5 second penalty. Again, it’s looking like they wanted to penalize him for the damages car driving but for some reason didn’t.
