Where are they being transferred to? Is that place a better label to rehabilitate them or punish them for whatever wrong doing they've committed? Will it end at transferring them if they've been implicated in extrajudicial aggression or more? These are the issues

From the late gentleman's name I reckon he's a Muslim. Do Muslims now store corpses in the mortuary? And this statement just seems to lack candour. How did your men get to hit the lad on the head of you didn't attack him at close range as visual evidence circulating has shown?

First of this interpretation of the 2026 Electoral Act is highly misleading. Sections 63 and 138 actually strengthen our elections; they don't sabotage them. Here are the actual facts from the law: Presiding Officers CANNOT accept unmarked ballots: Under Section 63, the Presiding Officer at the polling unit must mark any unmarked ballot as "rejected". ONLY the Returning Officer (at the ward/collation level) can accept it, and only if they can physically verify that the ballot came from the exact official booklet issued to that specific polling unit. This isn't a free pass for fake ballots; it simply stops legitimate voters from being disenfranchised just because of a printing smudge or missing ink. Politicians can't just "print their own ballots": Mass forgery is practically impossible now. The Act makes BVAS accreditation and real-time IReV electronic uploads of results (Form EC8A) mandatory. Any smuggled fake ballots would immediately fail the BVAS cross-checks and public IReV scrutiny. Stopping frivolous court cases: Section 138 doesn't protect riggers. It simply stops politicians from wasting the Election Tribunal's time complaining about minor internal INEC guidelines that don't actually affect the voting numbers. Real rigging, corrupt practices, and non-compliance with the Act are still 100% challengeable. This doesn't create oopholes, the 2026 Act formally locks down the process with BVAS/IReV, adds stiff penalties for frivolous lawsuits, and stops minor technicalities from throwing out your legitimate vote. We need to look at the actual law before spreading panic!

Sections 63, 138 of Electoral Act Dangerous Will Sabotage Voting at Polling Level - Igini Section 63 of the 2026 Electoral Act has reintroduced something very dangerous: a ballot paper used for the 2027 election that does not bear INEC’s official manufacturer and security features may be accepted by the presiding officer. By implication, the presiding officer has been given the discretion to accept ballot papers notwithstanding the absence of the official mark, and to count such ballot papers. What that means is that politicians who have access to INEC’s serial and security features could produce their own ballot papers. Mike Igini, Former INEC Electoral Commissioner

Slow in implementation? What was the budget premised on? Available funds or loans & projected earnings in an unproductive economy? If funds weren't there, how would Edun have implemented the budget?Tinubu claimed revenue targets were met but he said "NO" did you investigate?
Bolaji Fesomade@MasterBolaji

@thedejiadetunji Yes He was slow in budget implementation and all and ge couldn't give a convincing reason for that.
