@hekman Hi @hekman - We're sorry to see this, thank you for flagging. Would you be able to DM us with some more information, including the email address that received these emails, so we can look into it?
Vol boeiende observaties over technologie, evolutie & taal. En nee: géén dystopische treurnis met een tot somberte stemmende slot.
In this new article published on Internet Policy Review (@PolicyR) I explore with a blend of computational and qualitative methods how news media cover risks of big data and AI and how that links to critical data literacy: policyreview.info/articles/analy…#criticaldatastudies
Waited too long, but @scriptkitapp is awesome 💯 I did some tweaks to my @alfredapp workflows, but I now have way more flexibility as a developer to tweak the input.
ScriptKit is not yet providing the tools I liked to use, but I could replicate all my workflows & make it more flexible.
@johnlindquist thanks and keep up the good work 💪.
- get my IP internal/external addresses
- go to specific folders I use often with an `arg` list
- toggle WiFi / Bluetooth through Apple Shortcuts
- create a new file
- find the full path for selected file in Finder
- get color hex
and hoping to add my local backup flow with the schedule feature. 🙏
Just 7 binary preprocessing steps for text data can yield 128 possible models to analyze!!!!. The paper "Text Preprocessing For Unsupervised Learning" provides guidance for selecting appropriate steps and avoiding misleading results. cambridge.org/core/product/i…
Just watched an amazing keynote by Alan Liu about humans in the loop and machine learning. Alan shared examples of how machines can learn from humans, and vice versa. An inspiring talk for anyone interested in the intersection of ML and the humanities! youtube.com/watch?v=lnfeOU…
What's one recent Human-AI Interaction Design paper you found most inspiring?
I'm updating the reading list for my <Human-AI Interaction Design> course. Too many great reads to fit into a syllabus!
A great read. Stop using the elbow criterion for k-means and how to choose the number of clusters instead (alternatives).
"..researchers and reviewers should reject conclusions drawn from the elbow method."
