grade grew 120% last month this month we're tracking 60%+ on top of that 8 months ago, i wasn’t sure how this was going to work but it feels like we’re getting a good feel for the market we've pivoted we've doubted we've sat in rooms asking ourselves whether we were building the right thing what changed wasn't the idea the idea was always good but our environment has gotten way better joining y-combinator forced us to move at a speed that validated the product faster than we would've on our own you don’t realize how fast you can move till you join yc the pressure to move the feedback from partners the access to people who've done this before all of it has made relocating from london worth the inconvenience especially with demo day a few weeks away these last 8 months have taught me that growth is rarely just about the idea but that it’s also about the environment you put yourself in while you build
