@hellobeatrix What are you going to make with it?
English

@llessur I was going to gift some to my neighbour and grill some but green curry sounds so delicious, I’m going to pivot…
English

@hellobeatrix Right, nuka, of course. I've also heard people mention milk—I guess both are slightly alkaline. Do you usually eat it 土佐-style with katsuobushi, in rice, or some other way? I had pre-packaged in rice and green curry recently but I'm looking for new ways to eat it.
English

@llessur You take off the outer leaves and then boil them with nuka and togarashi which is meant to remove any bitterness. Observation: in the inaka, the nuka is free.
English

@hellobeatrix I'm intrigued. What is going on here? Kinako? Togarashi and takenoko. In soy milk?

Yesterday I parked up at the Sakamoto Library. It was a really nice experience. I had some work to get done but still managed to browse some lovely books. I’d like to go back just to read and relax. It also took me to a very interesting neighbourhood! sakamoto-library.com

@nikbrainbuster Goats cheese with nanohana! Was great. Definitely worth checking out. Maybe I prefer the Sancha spot.

@hellobeatrix What’s the white stuff underneath the greens? All the tacos look amazing! I need to try them out next time I’m back in Japan 🇯🇵

Los Tacos Azules in Ebisu for lunch. Fuki-no-to quesadilla a highlight.
