A company can report record revenue and still be getting weaker. If costs rise faster than sales, the business is growing its workload faster than its wealth.

Revenue growth sounds impressive until you ask what it cost to produce. More sales do not always create more value.

@FinanceLancelot Similar charts can produce very different outcomes.

I took a deep dive through my charts and it looks like they've effectively postponed the volatility spike. The problem is the charts look identical to mid December 2019. Which means we're about to see some insane mania in meme stonks while the broader indices flatten.

Almost every good investment I've made felt uncomfortable at the time. If a business is wonderful and everyone agrees, that comfort is already in the price. The bargains live where the story is messy and the headlines are bad. Comfort and cheapness rarely show up together.
