@hellohalima Surely they could have set a deadline for the investigation? Like, theoretically this could drag on for years and years if you really wanted to take your time going over every possible piece of evidence. There has to logically be a point where you cut it off

@hellohalima Yup. Don’t believe for a second it took over a year to investigate this. The league were hoping it would just go away quietly and they could news dump it on a Friday night when something bigger was in the news.

@hellohalima Which makes sense, and also why I’m cool with it taking this long even if it’s incredibly frustrating that there’s been zero finality on it. If the league is going to hit any of the parties involved, they have to be sure it can hold up on several fronts.
