@ViCustomerCare @vodafoneIN_Fdtn Issue at Nirman Vihar store, Delhi. Told prepaid ownership transfer not possible without switching to postpaid for 4 months. This was false; another store did it on prepaid. Executive Simran conveyed this. Complaint emailed. Please investigate.
